About Us

We are white Canadian feminist women who want to contribute to the current political, feminist and social justice discourse. We hope to offer our Canadian perspectives, especially since the voices of our neighbours to the south (i.e. the USA) are often heard over ours.

Given our identities and social positions we experience a myriad of privileges. We will make efforts to be aware of our privilege and acknowledge our biases. We plan to include a variety of voices and sources to reflect the diverse identities and experiences that are lived across Canada and around the world. One way we hope to achieve this is through reader commentary.
